YOGA FOR HEALTHY LIVING

This live streaming class is designed for those just starting a yoga practice and for those wanting to continue their yoga practice. Our Hatha Yoga course will focus on improving balance, strength, suppleness, and focus. If you are feeling stressed or you want to keep your body more supple and increase your vitality, this yoga course is just for you! This is a great option if you want a scheduled time to meet together for your yoga practice.

This class is gentle yet very effective in improving one’s overall balance, strength and flexibility. This is not a fast-paced class. Modifications and adjustments will be offered throughout the class to make yoga poses accessible to all ability levels. 

Payment: Drop-in rate is $15/class or full 3 weeks for Monday is $30. Payment in advance by Venmo, PayPal or check. Venmo is preferred when possible. Venmo: www.venmo.com/PhoenixWilsonYoga or PayPal: PayPal Account. If you choose to pay by check, e-mail me in advance and I will send you the address to mail your check.

To join any of the above on-line classes follow these simple steps below: 

  1. First, if you have not already, sign up for a FREE Zoom account at https://www.zoom.us/signup.

    Pay for the class no later than 1 hour prior to the class start time, so that I can send you the meeting ID to admit you to that class session. 

  3. Once I receive your payment I will send you the Meeting ID for that class session.

  4. You are welcome to join the waiting room 15 minutes prior to class. I will log in a few minutes prior to class as we all get settled in. We will begin our practice on the hour.

  5. Last, come to class and re-connect with your yoga practice and our yoga community.  

Feel free to  e-mail with any questions about our class or about Zoom and I will do my best to answer them. 

Supply list and a few notes:

  • Yoga mat

  • Yoga block and a chair if you’d like a little extra support or have difficulty balancing 

  • Yoga strap or an old tie

  • Aim to not eat a heavy meal 2 hours prior to practicing

  • If you have any medical concerns, please check with your doctor beforehand

  • Open to the beginner and experienced yoga students

A couple notes for our online class: 

Log-in a few minutes prior to the class starting to give yourself time to get set up and work out any little technical issues. (camera, sound on etc.). Also, it’s nice to say hello to our yoga friends.

If you have a lot of background noise, please mute your Zoom call during our practice.

If you don’t mind, please have your video option turned on so I am able to see and connect with you more personally. (It’s located on the bottom left hand corner of your screen.)
