YOGA With Phoenix

This monthly membership allows you to stay regularly connected to your yoga practice and the benefits it can offer. This on-demand option allows you to watch and practice with me anytime and anywhere that is convenient for you and for your schedule.

Yoga is a timeless system of self-care which helps enhance and support your flexibility, balance, and strength, as well as cultivating a greater sense of equanimity of the mind. If you are feeling stressed and finding it difficult to make it to a scheduled class and you want to feel more supple in your body, increase your vitality, and feel more at ease, this on-demand yoga space is just for you!

What to expect from your Yoga with Phoenix Membership:

All classes will be hosted and viewable on the membership site and new videos will be released each month. In addition, you will have access to the library of classes which range from 10 minutes to hour-long yoga practices targeting specific areas, such as yoga to help relieve tension in the back; in the hips from sitting all day; yoga to release tension in the neck and shoulders; yoga for relaxation, and so much more.

  • New yoga practices will be uploaded monthly.

  • You can watch the videos as often as you like and you can re-watch videos from the past weeks & months as the library grows.

  • Videos will be labeled with the theme or focus of the class, as well as the duration of the practice.

    To join the on-demand membership, it is $40.00 / month. Here is the link to the on-demand yoga membership: https://yogawithphoenix.uscreen.io. When you sign up you will set up a membership login with your own password and pay online with your credit card. If you do not see a confirmation e-mail, check your spam or junk mail files. Get ready to roll out your yoga mat and practice!

Supply list and a few notes:

  • Yoga mat

  • Yoga block and a chair if you’d like a little extra support or have difficulty balancing 

  • Yoga strap or an old tie

  • Aim to not eat a heavy meal 2 hours prior to practicing

  • If you have any medical concerns, please check with your doctor beforehand

  • Open to the beginner and experienced yoga students

  • This course is for adults
